Exercise: move_stop
The exercise due at the start of the class on Monday/Tuesday requires you to use motion guides, buttons with actions, frame labels and action script placed in frames.
Here are the guidelines for what you want to do:
- Stage size: 800 x 600
- Frame rate: 30 fps
- Background color: your choice
- Create a graphic symbol of any object you would like moving around
the screen. This symbol needs to follow at least one motion guide.
- Include at least two other animation elements as well. For example, if you are having a car move around the screen, have it stop when a traffic light turns red.
- Use frame labels and buttons with simple stop actions and/or "gotoAndPlay" actions to allow the user to control the animation.
- Consider using frame labels and simple stop actions and/or "gotoAndPlay" actions in the timeline to pace the animation or create an animation loop.
Bottom line, show me you understand buttons, actions, motion guides and action script placed on the timeline.
